Terms and Conditions for Window Cleaning Services:
Service Scope
-We provide window cleaning services for residential and commercial properties. Our services include cleaning windows, frames, and sills as agreed upon during the booking process.
Booking and Confirmation
-All bookings must be confirmed in advance through phone or email. A confirmation email will be sent once your booking is scheduled.
Payment Terms
-Payment is due upon completion of the window cleaning service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash, credit cards, or other agreed-upon payment methods.
Access to Property
-You are responsible for providing access to the windows and any necessary equipment (ladders, power sources, etc.) that may be required. If we cannot access the windows due to locked gates, windows, or other obstacles, the service will be rescheduled at an additional charge.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
-Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a 75% Fee if not rescheduled. If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible.
Damage
-We take great care to avoid damaging your property. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damages resulting from the structure of your windows or frames. If damage occurs during our cleaning, it must be reported immediately, and we will review the situation.
Weather Conditions
-In cases of inclement weather (heavy rain, strong winds, etc.), the service may be rescheduled for safety reasons. We will notify you in advance if weather conditions are a factor.
Pricing
-Pricing is based on the size and number of windows to be cleaned, Obstacles, Heights, Pitches/Inclines, Distance etc... Any changes to the initial agreed-upon service may result in additional charges.
Liability
-We are not liable for any damage or injury caused by factors outside of our control (e.g., third-party actions, faulty equipment, or external events). We are insured for general accidents but are not liable for property wear or tear.

-By booking and allowing us to perform window cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
